Ray Zdrodowski

Ray Zdrodowski joined the Farmingdale State College staff in February 2018 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in February 2018, and was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer in November 2021. He, along with the rest of the FSC Sports Medicine staff, provides medical coverage for all 18 intercollegiate sports at the College.

Prior to Farmingdale State, Zdrodowski worked at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He was the primary athletic trainer for the field hockey, wrestling, and women’s lacrosse teams. Zdrodowski also worked closely with the women’s ice hockey program while at JWU.

A 2012 alumnus of the University at Albany with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, Zdrodowski completed a one-year internship at Ivy League school Brown University during the 2014-15 academic year. While there, he assisted with the treatment and care for the Bears' cross country and track & field teams. 

Zdrodowski is a certified athletic trainer and licensed by the State of New York. He is also certified in CPR/AED. Zdrodowski is an active member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and Eastern Athletic Trainer’s Association. He also received a Master's degree in 2014 from Seton Hall University in Athletic Training.

Zdrodowski resides in Levittown, N.Y., with his wife Karen, their son Carter and their daughter Delaney.
