Gemma Pohalski is in her first season as an assistant women's basketball coach at Farmingdale State College in 2025-26, after completing a two-year playing career on the court for the Rams. She was a Second Team All-Skyline Conference selection during her senior season, and registered 481 points, 335 rebounds and 135 assists after transferring to FSC from Nassau Community College. Pohalski, a Skyline Conference Academic Honor Roll recipient during her time in a green and white uniform, received her associate's degree in liberal arts from Nassau in 2023, as well as her bachelor's degree in nutrition science from Farmingdale State in 2025. A native of Syosset, New York, Pohalski enrolled at Nassau Community College following a scholastic career at Saint Pius V School.
