Biography

Nephar graduated from Huntington High School in 2019 where she was a three-time NY State Qualifier. Her senior year, she was the Spring Division II Discus Suffolk County Champion and won the track & field MVP Award. In 2018, Nephar was the Winter Division II Shot Put Suffolk County Champion. She is the daughter of Derla and Roudy Durand.
