Biography

Ashley graduated from Mepham High School in 2013, where she earned All-Conference honors. She is the daughter of Gloria and Jimmy Appel.

Sophomore year...Started 12-of-19 games played...Finished with 4 goals and two assists for a career-high 10 points.

Freshman year...Played in 22 games, while starting 20...Ranked 4th on the team in goals (3) and points (8)...Recorded two game-winning goals.
