Biography

Emily is a 2019 graduate of Southold High School, where she was named All-League, earned the Sportsmanship Award and was an Honor Society member. Prior to Farmingdale State, Emily competed in Track & Field at SUNY Cortland. She is the daughter of Sondra and Dave Russell.
