Biography

Joe is a 2016 graduate of Mineola High School, where he earned All-Conference honors in the 3k steeplechase three times. Joe was also named All-County three times in the 3x3200. Before transferring to Farmingdale State, Joe ran track at Old Westbury. He is the son of Ana and Anthony Cueter.
