Alycia Haynes is in her second season as an assistant cross country and track and field coach at Farmingdale State College in 2025-26. She was a four-year standout distance runner for the Rams, and was a four-time recipient of the Women's Track Athlete of the Year award at the Skyline Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Haynes, who also served a two-year stint as president of the FSC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, held school records upon graduation from Farmingdale State in the indoor mile run (2022, 5:19.40), as well as the outdoor 800-meter run (2022, 2:20.01). She received her Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology and Society from Farmingdale State in 2024, and left the program with the Skyline Conference record for most points scored in a conference championship event.
