Biography

Tavis is a 2018 graduate of Elmont Memorial High School, where he earned All-Division honors in the 4x100m Relay and won both the Elmont Spartan Club Award and the Spartan Spirit Award. Tavis is the son of Sandra Cross and James Charvis.
