Elizabeth graduated from Shoreham-Wading River High School in 2020. She is the daughter of Andrew Shields.

Junior year...Saw action in eight games, starting twice...took five shots on the campaign (one on target).

Freshman year...Played in 18 games and recorded one goal and two assists for four points.
