NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference released its latest weekly reports on Monday afternoon, and seven Farmingdale State College student-athletes earned weekly awards, with another four receiving honorable mention kudos.
Outdoor Track and Field | Men's Weekly Report | Women's Weekly Report
Farmingdale State competed in a pair of meets over the weekend, including Friday's Wilton Wright Invitational in New Haven, Conn., as well as Sunday's MSMC Knight Invitational in Cornwall, N.Y.
The Rams receive the Skyline's Field Athlete and Rookie of the Week honors in both genders. On the men's side, junior thrower
Adonias Mercado (Hillsdale, N.Y.) was recognized after recording the 15th-best discus throw (50.15 meters) on Sunday, while freshman jumper
Christian Destine (Rosedale, N.Y.) won the triple jump on Friday with a personal-record leap of 13.70m.
FSC women's thrower
Victoria DeGraw (Kerhonkson, N.Y.) set the school record in the discus at the MSMC Knight Invite with her mark of 38.26m, reaching the regional qualification standard in the process, while freshman
Amelia Vitale (Hauppauge, N.Y.) clocked a winning time of 1:01.98 in the 400 meter dash.
The Rams are back in competition on April 23 (Thu.), when they travel to Union, N.J., for the Kean University Cougars Showcase.
Women's Lacrosse (6-8, 5-1 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
Farmingdale State won three Skyline games last week by a combined score of 51-9, including victories Tuesday at Mount Saint Vincent, Friday versus Maritime and Saturday on Senior Day against Old Westbury.
Junior attack
Carly Livingston (Farmingdale, N.Y.) received her second straight Skyline Conference Offensive Player of the Week award, and her fourth on the season overall, after scoring 20 points (12g, 8a) across the trio of contests.
The Rams' lone action of the week is a 6 p.m. Wednesday game at Purchase.
Softball (12-10, 6-0 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
FSC won five of its six games, including all four of its Skyline match-ups. Following a mid-week split against Western Connecticut, the Rams posted conference sweeps Saturday at St. Joseph's-Long Island, and at home Sunday against Mount Saint Vincent.
Junior third baseman
Bailey Hammock (Port Jervis, N.Y.) was selected as the conference's Player of the Week after hitting .600 with 10 runs scored, while classmate and pitcher
Madison DeMaio (Elmont, N.Y.) collected an honorable mention cite after going 3-0 in Skyline games with a 1.03 earned run average.
Another six-game week dots the Rams' schedule, beginning with Wednesday's 3 p.m. non-conference doubleheader at Albertus Magnus. FSC will then play host to Mount Saint Mary in Skyline action Saturday at noon, before traveling to Yeshiva for another conference pair on Sunday at 6 p.m.

Farmingdale State collected three victories in its four matches, as it earned a non-conference win Monday against the University of Saint Joseph and Skyline triumphs versus Mount Saint Mary and Merchant Marine on the weekend.
Junior
Kwaku Agyeman (Middletown, N.Y.) was received an honorable mention cite from the Skyline after going 3-1 at the top of the team's doubles lineup.
The Rams will play five home matches this week, beginning with Tuesday's 4:30 p.m. start at the top of the conference standings against Manhattanville University. Following non-conference tilts on Wednesday (4:30 p.m.) against Hunter and Friday (4 p.m.) versus Baruch, Farmingdale State will play host to Skyline foes Mount Saint Vincent and Purchase at 1 and 3:30 p.m., respectively.
Baseball (9-9, 2-4 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
Farmingdale State recorded a 3-2 non-conference win Tuesday, before sweeping host Mount Saint Mary on Saturday in Skyline play.
Senior pitcher
TJ Cox (Mineola, N.Y.) was named the conference's Pitcher of the Week, as he earned the win against the Scarlet Raptors to start the week before picking up saves in both Skyline games on the weekend.
The Rams have a pair of noontime Skyline doubleheaders this weekend, including Saturday's home set against St. Joseph's-Long Island and Sunday's road twinbill at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
Men's Lacrosse (9-3, 2-1 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
FSC picked up two Skyline Conference wins, as it defeated Purchase on Wednesday by a 20-1 score, before earning an 18-3 decision Friday at St. Joseph's-Long Island.
Junior attack
Adam Giovinco was an honorable mention recipient from the Skyline after scoring three goals and three assists in each of the games, and becoming the third player in program history to collect 200 career points. He was joined on the honorable mention listing by junior face-off specialist
Daniel Ainbinder (Levittown, N.Y.), who won all but four of his 27 draws at the midfield "x" on the week (.852 winning percentage) and scooped 11 ground balls.
The Rams are on the road for Tuesday's 6 p.m. Skyline game at Mount Saint Mary, before traveling Saturday for a noon opening face-off at Manhattanville.
Golf
Farmingdale State placed 12th over a 54-hole weekend at the competitive Came Lejeune Marine Intercollegiate competition in Jacksonville, N.C.
The Rams will play host to two competitions over the next week at Bethpage State Park, including Thursday's FSC Bethpage Black Invitational and this weekend's (Saturday-Sunday) FSC Spring Invitational.
