EAST MEADOW, N.Y. | The Farmingdale State men's golf team captured the 2025 Skyline Conference Championship for the sixth consecutive season and 17th time in program history on Monday afternoon at Eisenhower Park's White Course. The Rams posted a team score of 309 in today's final round and finished with a two-day total of 598 (+22), 43 strokes ahead of runner-up St. Joseph's-Long Island (+65, 641).

Junior Padruig Douglas (Northport, N.Y.) earned Skyline Conference Player of the Year honors after finishing atop the individual leaderboard with an even par 144 (69-75). Douglas carded a 2-under on the front nine in Monday's final round en route to his second career win.

Junior Luke O'Grady-Rodgers (Carmel, N.Y.) placed second overall with a 150 (+6) after rounds of 73 and 77, while freshman Luke Grebinar (Leominster, Mass.) finished third with a 152 (75-77) and was named the Rookie of the Year.

Junior CJ Merritt (Plainview, N.Y.) and freshman Philip Connolly (Garden City, N.Y.) tied for fifth place with matching scores of 154 (+10).

All five Rams earned First Team All-Conference recognition for the second season in a row. They also swept the major awards as Head Coach Ryan Williams was voted Coach of the Year by his peers.

Farmingdale State has earned the Conference's automatic bid into the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida from May 12-15.
