FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | The Farmingdale State College women's soccer team played host to Arcadia University on Sunday afternoon, falling to the Knights by a 3-1 score.
After the Knights (2-3) opened the scoring on a 30-yard blast 14 minutes before halftime, FSC (1-5-1) equalized off a corner kick 2:28 before the interval. After an initial shot in front by sophomore

Maddy Berry (Glen Head, N.Y.) fired home the rebound to level the match. For Berry, it was her second career goal (Oct. 19, 2021, vs. Purchase).
Arcadia went back ahead in the 58th minute off a corner kick, before adding an insurance goal 16 minutes before full time.
Farmingdale State kicks off Skyline Conference play on the road Tuesday afternoon (Sept. 17), when it takes on St. Joseph's University-Brooklyn at 3:30 p.m. from the Aviator Sports Complex.
