Farmingdale State (0-6) fell to Mount Saint Vincent (10-4) 20-4 in the final home game of the season for the women's lacrosse club team.
The Rams were down 15-1 at the half with the lone goal by Daniella Caroleo (North Babylon, NY/North Babylon) on a stack play, off a nice feed from Natalie Budinich (Commack, NY/Commack). Budinich scored three goals of her own in the beginning of the second half to cut the deficit to 15-4. With two goals called back because of crease violations, the Rams would take the loss by a final score of 20-4. Freshman goalkeeper Andrea MacIntyre (Mount Sinai, NY/Mount Sinai) finished the first half with 11 saves and added 10 more in the second.
The Rams will compete in their final game of the season on Wednesday, April 27th against Briarcliffe College at John Burns Park in Massapequa, NY at 3:30pm.
