Farmingdale, N.Y. - Senior guard Christine Daley (Elmont,
N.Y./Elmont) and sophomore guard Kimberly Blakney (Brooklyn,
N.Y./Benjamin Banneker) led the Rams with 18 points each in a 92-75
conference victory over Purchase College tonight in Farmingdale,
N.Y. Farmingdale improves to 5-2, 3-0 in the Skyline, while
Purchase fell to 3-3, 1-1 with the loss.
Senior guard Dankery Perez (New York, N.Y./Manhattan Center) finished with 11 points, nine assists and six steals. Sophomore guard Tiffara Steward (Elmont, N.Y./Sewanhaka) scored 12 points, had three steals and three assists.
For Purchase, junior forward Jennifer Danio (Staten Island, N.Y./St. Peters) had a game-high 30 points and 10 boards. Freshman guard Amanda Capone (Southold, N.Y./Southold) had 13 points, while junior guard Jennifer Ciardulli (Centereach, N.Y./Centereach) had 10 points.
The Rams will now play at Old Westbury on Saturday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m.
