Jersey City, N.J. - The Farmingdale State women's basketball team improved to 2-2 with an 85-77 double-overtime victory over New Jersey City University (1-4) on Wednesday night in Jersey City, N.J. Senior center Mercedes Miller (New York, N.Y./Manhattan Center) led the Rams with 29 points and 12 rebounds, her 2nd double-double of the season. The Rams trailed by three at the half, 34-31. Following the seventh tie of the first two periods, it was 52-52 with 6:52 remaining.
