Ian Morgan Leads Team to 7th Place Finish

Freshman Ian Morgan (Amityville, NY/Amityville) became the schools first ECAC Champion by winning the 200m in 21.66 at the Outdoor Track ECAC Championships in Springfield, Massachusetts on May 19th - 20th. Ian also placed 2nd in the 100m in 10.77 (10.72 trials). Morgan also anchored the 4th place 4x100m Relay (42.50) and ran a blazing 47.7 to bring the 4x400m Relay to a 9th place finish. Both relay teams posted season bests. Ian’s performances rank 5th in 100m and 200m on the Farmingdale All-Time List. The teams 7th place (29 points) finish out of 64 scoring teams was a school record.
