Rams Notch Five Top-10 Finishes at Ramapo Invite

New York, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's and women's indoor track team posted five Top-10 finishes at the Ramapo College Season Opener on Friday, January 13 at the Armory Track & Field Center. The men finished in 14th place overall at the meet.

Senior captain Bryan Giordano* (Centereach, N.Y.) cleared a career best 4.40m (14' 5.25") in the Pole Vault to place 4th in the event. This height qualifies him for the ECAC Championships and moves him to #4 on the FSC All-Time list.

Junior Nicolas Fratto (Farmingdale, N.Y.) placed 5th in the 200m with a time of 22.68.

Sophomore Philip Sellitto (Levittown, N.Y.) finished 9th in the 400m in 51.80.

Freshman David Santa (Westbury, N.Y.) posted a time of 2:43.51 in the 1000m for a 7th place finish.

On the women's side, sophomore Tunisia Solomon (Amityville, N.Y.) placed 9th in the Triple Jump with a distance of 10.27m (33' 8.5").

Freshman Ashley Searing (Seaford, N.Y.) moved to #5 All-Time at FSC in the Weight Throw with a toss of 9.78m (32' 1"), while freshman Kelsey Jamison (Huntington, N.Y.) moved to #6 All-Time at 9.69m (31' 9.5").

Sophomore Rae-Anne Guglielmo (West Babylon, N.Y.) moved to #8 on the FSC All-Time list in the 500m at 1:27.03.
