Farmingdale State (2-14-1) lost to NJCU (11-7) in todays non-conference men’s soccer game. NJCU’s Adrian Ruiz (Fairview, NJ) finished with two goals, as he led the Knights to a 3-0 win. Ruiz’s first goal came at 25:35 off a rebounded save and his second on a penalty kick with one second remaining in the game. The Knights’ Patrick Thomas (Roselle, NJ) also chipped in on the scoreboard with an assist from John Jensen (Monroe, NJ) in the second half. NJCU goalie Baba Guisse (Jersey City, NJ) made 3 saves for the shutout.

Patric Santiago (Baldwin, NY) finished with 10 saves for the Rams.

Farmingdale will return to action for their last game of the season on Saturday, October 30th at Stevens Institute at 4:00pm.
