Wes is a 2007 graduate of Seaford High School. Prior to transferring to Farmingdale State, Wes attended and played lacrosse at Nassau Community College. He was a member of the 2008 National Championship team and in 2009 he was on the All-Tournament Team. Wes is the son of Wade and Debbie Hubschmitt.
