Men's Lacrosse Loses in OT at Marymount

Arlington, VA - Farmingdale State fell to 0-2 on Saturday afternoon after a 10-9 overtime loss to Marymount University (1-1) in Arlington, VA. Trailing 5-0 after the first, the Rams outscored Marymount 9-4 in the final three periods to force the game into overtime. Marymount's PJ Keshavarz scored the game-winner with just nine seconds remaining in OT.

Junior Jeremy Goohs (Merrick, NY/Calhoun) led Farmingdale State with three goals, while senior Patrick Eustache (Queens, NY/Elmont), senior Matt Ramacca (Baldwin, NY/Baldwin) and sophomore Gianluca Carrabs (Glen Cove, NY/Glen Cove) each added two goals a piece. Carrabs also added two assists, while junior Ryan LaFlare (Lindenhurst, NY/Lindenhurst) and junior Joe Meola (Rocky Point, NY/Rocky Point) finished with one assist each. Sophomore goalie Chris Hardgrove (Farmingdale, NY/Farmingdale) saved 10 shots in 64 minutes of play.

The Rams host Utica College on Sunday, March 5th at 1:00pm.
