Men's Lacrosse End of Season Report

The menís lacrosse team finished the 2005 season with a record of 9-7, making an appearance in the ECAC Metro Tournament for the second consecutive year. The team defeated Richard Stockton in the ECAC Semifinal round, but fell to #1 seed Montclair State in the Finals. Throughout the year, the attack was led by freshman Gianluca Carrabs, sophomore Joe Meola and junior Ryan LaFlare. Meola is currently ranked 19th in Division III for assists per game. Sophomore Rob Hattenrath was a defensive standout for Farmingdale, leading the team in caused turnovers. Senior Tony Sheridan, freshman Chris Hardgrove and junior Kevin Winters split the duties in net this season.
