Mike Campbell Named Skyline Player of the Week
Lawrenceville, N.J. - Junior guard/forward Mike
Campbell (Bronx, N.Y./Samuel Gompers) was named the Skyline
Conference Player of the Week for men's basketball on Monday,
December 1st.
Campbell scored 21 points and pulled down eight rebounds as the
Rams earned a 79-72 overtime victory on the road over Baruch.
Farmingdale State trailed by 24 points (39-15) late in the first
half before chipping away and eventually tying the game at 69-69
with 17 seconds left in regulation. Campbell, who earned MVP honors
at the Albright Tip-Off Tournament during the opening weekend,
currently ranks fourth in the conference in scoring at 21.5 ppg.
