After the women’s team walked away with a 78-33 victory against the Lady Beavers, the men completed the sweep against CCNY with an 85-70 win. City College trailed 36-24 at the half and was not able to overcome the deficit. Kenny McMillan (Bronx, NY/All Hallows) led the Rams with game highs of 28 points and nine rebounds. Dashawn Warren (Astoria, NY/W.C. Bryant) posted 20 points, including six three pointers for Farmingdale, while Jimmy Williams (Philadelphia, PA/Cedar Grove) had 14 points and eight rebounds.

High scorers for the Beavers were James Boddie (Castle Hill, NY/Jane Adams) with 14 points, Avain Gourdine (N.East Bronx, NY/Manhattan Center) with 11. Robert Barker (Brownsville, NY/LaSalle Acad.) and Andrew Mungin (Highbridge, NY/Vanguard) both had 10 points each.

The Rams will finish off the fall semester after traveling to Pennsylvania this weekend for the Keystone College Holiday Tournament. They will play Marymount on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. and then play in the Consolation or Championship game on Sunday at Noon or 2:00 p.m.
