Farmingdale fell to 1-3 overall in a 78-86 loss to New Jersey City (3-2). The Rams showed promise early as they battled with the Knights throughout the first half taking the lead five times. Farmingdale trailed 43-39 at the half and could not gain the lead in the second.

Leaders for the Rams were Kenny McMillan (Bronx, NY/All Hallows) and Brandon Nieves (Harlem, NY/All Hallows) with 20 points each. McMillan also added 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Damien McKenzie (Lakeview, NY/Malverne) finished with 14 points and 9 rebounds, with 12 of his points coming in the first half.

Ben Balcom (Monroe, NJ/St.Patrick’s) and Abraham Williams (Jersey City, NJ/Lincoln) led New Jersey City with 21 points each. Rajahn Jones (Roselle, NJ/Pocono Mountain) finished with 14 points and 3 steals.

Farmingdale hosts Manhattanville on Tuesday, December 7th at 8pm.
