McLaughlin Ties as Medalist in First Match for the Rams

- Sophomore leads Rams in Second Place Finish -

Neshanic Station, N.J. - Sophomore transfer Jim McLaughlin (Oceanside, N.Y./Oceanside/Nassau CC) tied as the medalist in his first match with the Rams, leading the team to a second place finish at Neshanic Valley Golf Course on Friday afternoon.

McLaughlin's individual score of 76 was tied by senior Pat Walsh (Benardsville, N.J.) of FDU-Florham. Florham finished the match with a team-low 307. Farmingdale finished second overall (331), followed by Stevens (336), St. Joseph’s College (342) and Centenary College (369).

The Rams leave on Wednesday, April 1st for their annual Spring trip to Orange County National Golf Club, returning on Sunday, April 5th.
