Maruyama Individual Medalist as Rams Take Second at Yeshiva Invitational

Hudson Hills Golf Course - Par 71 - 6,450 yards


Ossining, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team took second place in the Yeshiva Invitational held on Tuesday, September 15th at Hudson Hills Golf Course. Junior Masanao Maruyama (Yamanashi, Japan/Sundai) was the individual medalist with a match-low 78, edging Manhattan's Rob Kehoe by one stroke.

As a team, the Rams finished with a total of 335 strokes, behind only Division I Manhattan College with 329.

The Rams next will host St. Joe's, Nassau Community College and Division I Hofstra University this Friday, September 19th in a quad match at Bethpage State Park - Blue Course.
