The purpose of the Intercollegiate Athletic Program is to support and expand the total educational experience offered by the College. The program serves as a laboratory for the education of the student-athletics and is conducted in keeping with the general educational mission of the College.
The program, available for Men & Women, offers student-athletes a wide variety of opportunities for participation. The College is a Division III member of the NCAA, National Collegiate Athletic Association, and competes as members of the Skyline, ECAC, and CTC Conferences.
The College is committed to the ideals of a quality intercollegiate athletic program that contributes to its objectives of offering its students a quality educational experience. The College supports the intercollegiate program and student-athletes within the guidelines of the State University Board of Trustees.
Colleges and universities in Division III place highest priority on the overall quality of a student's educational experience and on the successful completion of all students' academic programs. They seek to establish and maintain an environment in which a student-athlete's athletics activities are conducted as an integral part of the student-athlete's educational experience.
